The Holistic Hound Calm & Balmy Spray 100ml
A quick-acting spray to support pets during times of stress or worry. Containing comforting lavender, valerian and passionflower this 100% natural spray soothes mind and body, for calm, relaxed pets.
Support your pet at the kennels, vets, groomers, after rehoming, during fireworks or thunderstorms - use in any situation that your pet considers worrying.
This is a herbal and hydrosol-based solution that can safely be used as a room spray, on bedding, or directly on your pet. Your pet can even lick it straight from your hands.
Caution: Do not use it prior to anaesthesia.
Lavender: This not only smells wonderful but works to support feelings of calm, quiet and relaxation. Great for times of agitation, anger, or restlessness.
Valerian: For tranquil calmness.
Hops: Supports relaxation and calm, hops are very effective when used with valerian.
Oatseed: Helps after exposure to stressful or worrying situations.
Passionflower: Both a sleep aid and relaxing ingredient, bringing a sense of relaxation and calm. For a great night’s sleep.
Suitability: All pets, all ages, no restrictions on use.
Directions
Shake the bottle well. Use as often as required.
Depending on how your pet is feeling you may…
- Spray onto bedding or the area around the pet.
- Spray onto your hands and apply to the neck area of your pet.
- Spray directly into your palm and let your pet lick it from your hand.
DO NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY INTO THE DOG’S MOUTH.
Some dogs do not like the sound of the spray, so be wary. It can also be used on your hand to allow the dog to lick it directly from the palm of your hand.

- Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2 days but can take 4 days) at £3.49
- Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) at £4.99.
- Shipping with DPD Next Day Courier service at £7.99 [see below for exceptions] (please note this is a next day service, but from time to time this can take 2 days)
- Saturday delivery - with DPD £16.99
Orders over £44.99 (and less than 3.5kg) are sent free of charge using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. There is however the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1.49 or use a DPD Courier at £4.99

Click & Collect - free You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7TN). Office hours are typically 9.00 – 4.30 but often we are here later, so it is recommended to ring ahead. Tel: 01565 745463.
Orders over 3.5kg will need to be send with DPD as we are unable to ship heavy items with Royal Mail. DPD will attract an additional shipping charges – see below for more information.
Please be advised that during busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered.

General Rules for DPD
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (or Wednesday for UK special postcodes). This also applies to orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank & Public Holidays are classed as non-working days and orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Your order will be fully trackable, and you will receive a text and email (if supplied) when your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1-hour delivery window, with alternative options if you are not in.
We reserve the right to switch this service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, in exceptional circumstances.
