HEALTHFUL PETS REWARD POINTS

Welcome to the Healthful Pets Loyalty Scheme!

We are pleased to announce the launch of our loyalty scheme to reward our many loyal customers and to say thank you for your continued support to Healthful Pets.

Now every time you shop with us, like us on social media or recommend a friend you can earn points, which can be redeemed against a future purchase - making shopping with us for your all-natural pet products even better value for money. 

So here is a bit of information about how the scheme works:

How much can I earn?

For every £1 spent (excluding postage costs) with Healthful Pets you will earn 5 points. So, if you spend £50 you will be awarded 250 points. Once you have collected 1,000 points you can redeem £5 off your next purchase, should you wish to do so. 

HOW DOES THE SCHEME WORK?

To start earning points you will need to ensure that you have created an account with us to enable you to keep track of your points. Without an account you won’t be able to accrue any loyalty points.

Your points will be credited to your account automatically 20 days after you have placed your order, to ensure that you are happy with your product and do not want to return it within our returns period of 14 days.

Once you have earned 1,000 points (£5 voucher), you can redeem these points against any product purchase. Go into your account and simply click 'Redeem Now' in the 'My Rewards' section on your account. This will generate a code which you can use at checkout. Simply view your basket and add the code where you will see a drop down for "DISCOUNT CODE"

Please note that you can only redeem a maximum of 1,000 points / £5 per order.

In the event of returning an order outside of the 14-day returns period where points were redeemed. Upon return of the item, your points will be refunded back to your account.

To be awarded points for liking Healthful Pets on Facebook and Following Us on Twitter and Instagram simply go to the ‘My Rewards’ section of your account.

REFER A FRIEND _ THIS SCHEME IS CURRENTLY CLOSED

If you refer a friend, you will be awarded 1,000 points (for your own personal use ), which will be credited to your account 20 days after your friend has made their purchase of at least £30 ( excluding postage).  Your friend will also be able to redeem a £5 for their first purchase over £30. They will have 30 days in which to redeem this voucher.

The friend must not already be a customer of Healthful Pets and must not have registered for an account at this stage.

Referrals will not be accepted, when the referring customer and referred customer have the same IP address.

Refer a Friend points will NOT be awarded if the friend cancels their order or returns their purchase within 20 days. If there is a parital refund / cancellation, points will still be awarded if the remaining order value is £30 or over. 

You can refer up to a maximum of 5 friends. 

Rewards points expiration:

• Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be lost.
• Points will expire 365 days after the order date.

 It's simple – simply register, sign in, start earning and get your rewards! And don’t forget to keep an eye out for opportunities to earn double points and exclusive offers!

Please note that this scheme is run by an external Company. Information regarding order value and email address is shared between our website and the Company running the loyalty scheme. Joining the Loyalty Scheme is voluntary.
